Hello Plantations Parents! I’m Jenni and I am very excited to be joining your team this year. I have nearly 15 years of coaching experience in Montgomery County both in MCSL and Potomac Valley. I previously coached for Manchester Farm, Clarksburg Village, Joe Flaherty Dolphins, Rockville Montgomery Swim Club and Nation's Capital Swim Club. For the last 6 years I have been the Head Age Group for HydroSonic Tiburones. I’ve also worked as a Montessori teacher and use a lot of the same methods for teaching swimming. I have a wide range of experience that spans from teaching the fearful child to mentoring the collegiate swimmer and everything in between. For summer swim league coaching, I prefer to start with fundamentals, teaching in a way that promotes confidence and fosters a love of the sport through fun, entertaining drills. On a personal side, I have been married to a wonderful guy for 30 years. I have 3 adult children and spend my free time hanging out with my 90lb fur baby Brutus. I look forward to sharing my passion for this wonderful life long sport with you and your children this summer!

Hi Team! My name is Stephanie and I am excited to join your swim family as a coach this year! This will be my 9th summer coaching with MCSL and I have experience coaching with Rockville Montgomery Swim Club and Nation's Capital Swim Club. Growing up, I swam with the Cloppers Mill Marlins, Northwest High School, UMD Club Swim, and I currently swim U.S. Masters! My love for swimming inspired me to become a coach so I can help others learn to love and grow within the sport.
Outside of coaching, I am a 3rd grade teacher in MCPS. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and our two dogs! We love to be outside and exploring new places. I am so excited to be a part of the Piranhas this summer and look forward to sharing my love of swimming and participating in fun team activities!

Hey Piranhas!
I'm Madeleine and this will be my 2nd year as a Junior Assistant Coach for the Piranhas. I joined the Piranhas when I was nine and swam for the team up to my last year as a high school senior. Before that, I swam for the Manchester Farm Blue Dolphins for three years. During my years at Damascus High School, I was on the Varsity Swim team and I was a Team Captain during my senior year. My favorite strokes are butterfly and freestyle.
Currently, I am studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Maryland. In my free time, I enjoy reading and being outside. This summer, I'm looking forward to getting to know all of the swimmers and creating a space where they can make memories and improve their skills. I can't wait for a great season with everyone! Hey y’all!
I joined the Piranhas at 10 years old, and have been hooked on swimming ever since that first season. I started swimming club during middle school and currently swim and coach all year round. I am also a swimmer on the Poolesville High School Swim and Dive Team. I enjoy swimming 100 breastroke and 100 IM.
As a rising senior at Poolesville High School, I enjoy learning about history and engineering, although I plan to study to become an airline pilot in college. In the free time that I have, I enjoy biking, backpacking, and golfing. I also volunteer at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum to surround myself with aviation history whenever I have the opportunity to.
I can’t wait to start my first year of coaching summer swim, and I’m very excited to get to know all of the swimmers that I don’t know yet! I also look forwards to swimming and coaching this year’s team with my fellow coaches! Go Piranhas!
