Good morning everyone!  A quick reminder to sign up for the End of Year Banquet.  The Banquet is scheduled for this Saturday, July 20th at 6pm.  Details:

WHAT:  End of Year Banquet and Pool Party.  We have dinner, awards, and recognitions from 6pm-8pm and then a pool party from 8pm-10pm.

WHO: Everyone on the team and their families including our awesome pre-team families!

WHERE: Plantations Pool - Dinner and Awards outside. Pool Party inside.

WHAT TO BRING:  Lawns/camping chairs, Pop-Up tents, side dish (last name A-S) or dessert (last name R to Z), adults BYOB if you desire.  NO adult beverages in the pool area.  We will provide burgers, dogs, rolls, condiments, onions, tomato, sodas, water.  It’s going to be very hot so make sure you plan accordingly.

SIGN UP:  You need to sign up online.  The cost is $25 a family.  Please indicate the side dish or dessert you will be bringing.

VOLUNTEER:  We need volunteers to grill the burgers and dogs, and we need volunteers to help us set up and clean up afterwards.  Sign up on line. Grill masters and set up crew plan to arrive no later than 5pm to start getting ready.  I’ll let you know if there is any change to this time.
