Piranha Families —-

Tomorrow is our first full team practice with the exception of our pre-team swimmers who will start on June 17th.  A few quick reminders:  

1. 10 and under start at 7pm, arrive at 6:50pm and meet me outside of the gate.

      A.  I recommend everyone in this age group wear a mask to practice and bring a plastic bag to place their mask in prior to getting in the water.  
     B. I’ll be arranging the swimmers by age group outside the gate and sending them in in groups.

     C. The coaches will be spacing the swimmers in their lanes and there will be cones on the sides of the pool for the swimmers to use as references.

     D. Parents can stay for practice, but I ask that you either watch practice from outside the gate or on the deck on the far side of the pool.  Please keep the ends and the near side of the pool open for the coaches to use.  The coaches are there to run the practice. If you have any questions for the coaches you can address those to me or Cindy Ajamian or wait until after practice.  Remember the coaches have another practice to run at 7:30pm, so you may need to e-mail questions to me or Coach Julia. 

2.  11 and older swimmers practice from 7:30-8:30pm, arrive at 7:20pm and meet me outside the pool.

     A. I recommend unvaccinated swimmers wear a mask and bring a plastic bag to place your mask in before practice.

     B. I will be dividing the swimmers up by age group and sending you into practice.

     C. The coaches will be spacing the swimmers in their lanes and their will be cones placed on the sides as guides to the swimmers.

      D. Parents may stay for practice but I ask you to either remain outside the gate or on the far side of the pool deck leaving the near side and ends of the pool open for the coaches to conduct practices.  Please do not interrupt the coaches during practice.  If you have any questions see myself or Cindy Ajamian, or talk to the coaches after practice.

We had a great night with our new swimmers tonight and I can’t wait to welcome you all back to the pool tomorrow!
