Piranha Parents —-

Good afternoon!! As predicted, as soon as I called an end to the stand around an wait last night, the sky’s cleared.  Anyway, I have some news to share on Saturday’s A-Meet and the Relays and Mini-meet.

1. A-MEET:  

A. Please declare whether your swimmers are available to swim as soon as possible.  Coach Julia is making up the line-up currently and needs to know who will be in attendance in order to finalize the line-up.

B. Please check the available volunteer positions for Saturday.  The only people allowed on the deck will be volunteers.  Sign up is available on Swimtopia as usual.  Cyndi and Shannon will be finalizing volunteers tomorrow.

2. PIRANHA RELAYS AND MINI-MEET:

The HOA said it is Ok to swim on Sunday AM.  The plan will be to warm up at 9am and start the relays at 9:30am.  We will plan to be done between 11 and 11:30 at the latest.  I know everyone who was signed up may not be able to make it on Sunday.  Please let Julia and I know so we can adjust the relays.  Also, if you were not signed up, but would now like to attend let us know, we will only be able to place you into relay spots that are being vacated by another swimmer, so you may not swim as many events as the other swimmers.  Unfortunately it took us over four hours to develop the relay line-up, so we cannot start all over from scratch today.  That said, we will fit you in where we can.
