Piranhas Families —

We will be celebrating the 2021 Plantations Piranhas Swim Team on Saturday, July 24th starting at 4pm.  This event is for every member of the swim team including pre-team swimmers, and all siblings and family members.  Our rain date is Sunday, July 25th at 4pm.

From 4pm-6pm we will gather in the grassy area between the playground and the pool for our awards program.  You are encouraged to bring your own picnic dinner, blankets, bug spray, chairs, pop-up tent and drinks to enjoy the ceremonies.  We will be starting awards at 4:15pm by the following schedule:

1. Welcome and Season Recap

2. Divisional Awards (if available)

3. Volunteer Recognition

4. Paper plate awards

5. Pre-Team recognition 

6. Seniors

7. Season awards

8. Coaches

9. Team Recognition

At 6pm we will adjourn to the pool for 2-hours of swimming until the pool closes (in the past we have reserved the pool for two-hours after it closes, but the HOA bylaws allowed for no parties or functions this season due to COVID, so we will just make it happen during the last two hours the pool is open.)

If we have left over water and Gatorade we will make that available, but otherwise plan to bring your own drinks for the evening.  Siblings and parents are encouraged to attend and to swim afterwards.
