Piranha Families ---

Wow!  We have blown through the first half of the season and I realize that there is some confusion on the remainder of the schedule.  To make sure everyone is on the same page here is the event-by-event schedule for the remainder of the season (Kevin will update online):

a. Monday, July 4th - TEAM PRACTICE AM ONLY - DONUTS (see details below)

b. Friday, July 8th - TEAM PICTURE and Final Frenzy (see below for details)

c. Friday, July 8th - Damascus Parade (see below for details)

d. Saturday, July 9th -  A - Meet - North Creek @ Home

e. Wednesday, July 13th - B - Meet - Lake Marion @ Home

f. Thursday, July 14th - B Relay Carnival @ Quail Valley

g. Friday, July 15th - Team Event - Bowling @ Mt. Airy Lanes

h. Saturday, July 16th - A - Meet: @ Upper County

i. Sunday, July 17th - Team Swim Event: Piranha Team Relays @ Home

j. Monday/Tuesday 18th/19th - Possible Team Event - Working on Details

k. Wednesday, July 20th - LAST full Team Practice (Only Divisional Swimmers will practice from this point on)

l. Wednesday, July 20th - B- Meet - Flower Hill @ Home

m. Saturday, July 23rd - DIVISIONALS @ West Hillendale

n. Saturday, July 23rd - TEAM BANQUET @ Plantations II Pool

Events This Week:  NO MEETS UNTIL SATURDAY

A. July 4th Practice and Donuts -- We will have Team Practice following the usual morning schedule on the 4th and there will be donuts for the Team following practice.  There will be NO AFTERNOON PRACTICE.

B. Friday Frenzy - Part 2:  

1. TEAM PICTURE @ 8:30am. - This is for the ENTIRE Team including our Pre-Team Swimmers!  Please arrive at 8:20am so the coaches can line you up.  Wear your team suit or your Piranha Green and Black if possible.  If you don't have either, no worries, you can still be in the picture!

2. Frenzy:  Same schedule as last week, Team practice after the picture, followed by water polo, breakfast and...

3. Ribbon Box Creation: Everyone can decorate their ribbon box for this years ribbons.  Ribbon boxes are provided by the Team!

4. PLEASE VOLUNTEER TO HELP ON FRIDAY.  Last week was great, lets do it again!  See online for openings!!!

C. Damascus Parade:  This Friday, July 8th

1. I would like to see ALL of our Piranha Swimmers / Families in their Piranha gear marching in the Parade if at all possible.  Kevin has included all of the details online, but simply put:

a. Wear your Piranha gear, tie-dyes, black and green, anything with Piranhas on it and have fun as we walk down the parade route.

b. Bring candy to throw to the watchers along the way, I believe the team will be providing some.

c. I will set up tents for the Piranhas at the end of the parade route to reserve us some space and have some cold water.  Bring a chair and enjoy the fireworks.

I will send out details on the A-Meet scheduled for Saturday @ home later this week!!!
