Hi all!!  First things first!  We have the Team Picture, Friday Frenzy, and Damascus Parade tomorrow.  See separate email on the Parade and other details below.

WEEKLY MEET SCHEDULE:

1. Fourth A- Meet:

WHEN: Saturday, July 9th @ 9am; warm-ups at 8:00am. Arrive by 7:50am and Check-in with Coach Julia or Coach Sara.

CHALK IT UP: Arrive at 7:30am if you would like to decorate the walkway outside the gate with some artwork welcoming North Creek to our pool. Chalk is provided, but feel free to donate.

WHERE: Plantations II Pool

WHO: North Creek Neptunes

DECLARE YOUR SWIMMERS: Please go on-line and declare your swimmers either AVAILABLE or NOT AVAILABLE for the meet. You really should have already completed this as Coach Julia is currently making the lineup.

VOLUNTEER: While you are declaring your swimmer is AVAILABLE, SIGN-UP to volunteer for a position at this week's meet.

MEET LINE-UP: The meet line-up will be posted Friday, July 1st.

TEAM EVENTS:

1. Piranha Frenzy

WHEN: Friday, July 8th; 

      A. Team Picture at 8:30am for everyone including pre-team.  I promise. Pack AJ will be on time!

      B. Practice for all ages except pre-team 8:30-9:30am; 

      C. Water Polo 9:30-10:30am; 

      D. Breakfast and Ribbon Box and Poster making for all swimmers including pre-team: 10:30-??

3. Damascus Parade

WHEN: Friday, July 8th. Arrive at 5:45pm, Prada starts at 7pm.  Please see separate email with details!!!

4. Guppy Gulch Team outing

WHEN: Tuesday, July 12th - NO PRACTICE
