Please note that:

• Each Shirt requires a separate entry. If you are ordering more than one shirt, please submit a NEW form for each item.
• You will pay your team rep for your shirt. The shirts will be delivered to your team rep on the deck at divisionals for distribution.  Please see Mike Gregory, Katie Smith,  or Shannon Dietrich to pay for your shirt
• We strongly suggest that you order early to assure your size is available.
• Shirts may be available on the day of divisionals but sizing and quantities will be limited.
• Pre-Orders are due by 7/20/2022.
