Please go in and declare your swimmers either “Available” or “Unavailable” for Time Trials on Saturday.  I recognize some of you may be waiting on spring sports playoffs, but Nic will be making the lineup on Thursday evening and we need to know who is available to enter them in the correct events.  We also need to know who is unavailable so we can plan for makeups next week.  You declare by going into Swimtopia, Go into the Calendar and Find Time Trials.  Select Meet Entry and there you will be able to declare your swimmers status.  While there you can also click the tab for Job Signup and volunteer to help on Saturday.  We still have a number of open positions. Thank you for taking care of this as soon as possible so we can organize this Saturday’s meet.  If you have any questions on how to do this, please see Katie or myself and we can help.
