PIRANHA FAMILIES ---

REMINDERS FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!

1. ICE CREAM SOCIAL:  Friday at the end of each practice.  We added a couple of volunteer positions to bring paper bowls and plastic spoons, which we realized we needed following our inventory of supplies.  If you can please go in and volunteer to provide these items for the Ice Cream Social.

2. TIME TRIALS:   
DECLARE YOUR SWIMMERS: Please go in and declare your swimmers as available or unavailable for the meet.  We still have 15-20 swimmers who have not declared.   Coach Nic has completed most of the lineup, so we just need to add the last few holdouts.  We will start contacting you individually at noon tomorrow if you have not declared your swimmers by then. 

VOLUNTEERS: We still need two timers, a head timer, 3 stroke and turn judges and 2 computer operators (although I think Mary and Cindy are covering).  If you can volunteer please do so.  The volunteer coordinators will be reaching out over the next few days to fill the final spots.

3. TIME TRIALS SCHEDULE:

WHEN: Saturday, June 10th at 9:00am, warm-ups will start at 8:20am.  VOLUNTEERS arrive at 8:15am and check in with Cyndi at the corner table to the right inside the gate!

WEATHER: We saw the forecast for Saturday and it looks dry with temps in the 60’s-70’s in the AM. Great weather for swimming.

WHERE: Plantations II Pool

4. PIRANHA PASS DOWN: Will take place at Time Trials on first come first-served basis.
