Week #3: Time Trial Make-ups, Pasta Pig Out and First A-Meet
PIRANHA FAMILIES ---
I apologize up front, but this will be a lengthy email! Please review all information!
First, thanks to all of our volunteers who helped us get through Time Trials. A special thanks to Rob Klein for moving the meet along and Sean Patton (Starter), Cyndi Gregory (Stroke and Turn), Rosie Tomlinson (Stroke and Turn) and Julia Khouri (Stroke and Turn) for helping out in a pinch as we were a little short-handed! I really appreciate all of your help!! Also, Mary Stroot and Katie Smith rescued us from a Swimtopia Template issue that we didn’t know we had. We have fixed the template so next year we should not have the confusion we had in the first have of the meet. Finally, I wanted to give a shout out to Jason Woodward who just jumped in and started doing things (like everything) to help us get the meet moving quicker and Ricardo Arnez for his help getting everything set up!
This week we have Time-Trial makeups, Pasta Pig Out, and our first A-meet on Saturday! All of the details are below:
MEET THEMES: We have a theme for each weeks meets. The full seasons themes will be posted on the bulletin board this Monday. This weeks theme for both the A and B meets is COLOR WARS. See the details in the meet information below.
