Piranha Families —-

I want to start by acknowledging that we had a gap this morning in a complete meet lineup being available for the swimmers and Clerk to know exactly what everyone was swimming.  The lineup for the Relays was impacted by injuries, illness, vacations, tournament rescheduling, etc., which made if difficult to finalize the lineup.  That being said, we need be better at having lineups available at the meet.  I want to thank Coach Julia and Shannon Woodward for jumping in and working hard to make sure everyone was prepared and the Coaches working hard to make sure everyone knew what they were swimming.  Ultimately it worked out.

Noting the above I need everyone to go in and declare your swimmers for the remainder of the seasons swimming events using the following deadlines:

1. B Relay Carnival (Scheduled 7/13)- Nic and I will be creating the lineup tomorrow evening and publishing it Tuesday.  You must declare your swimmers as available by noon tomorrow (Monday 7/10).

2 B Meet (Scheduled 7/12) - Nic will be creating the schedule tomorrow night.  You must declare your swimmers available and select their events by noon tomorrow (Monday 7/10).  Once you have declared them available and have picked their events, they WILL be in the meet.

3. Piranha Relays (Scheduled 7/16) - Zoie and I will be creating a lineup starting on Tuesday.  Please declare your swimmers as available by noon on Tuesday (7/11).

4. A Meet (Scheduled for 7/15) -  You must declare your swimmers as available by noon on Wednesday (7/12).

5. Divisionals (Schedules for 7/22) - Nic and I need to complete the lineup by this Sunday (7/16).  Please declare your swimmers available no later than noon Wednesday (7/12).

6. Last B Meet (Scheduled 7/19) - Nic will be creating the schedule next Monday (7/17). You must declare your swimmers available and select their events by noon Monday (7/17).  Once you have declared them available and have picked their events, they WILL be in the meet.

Thank you for your help in allowing us the appropriate time to complete the line-ups and get them to the team in advance of the meets.
