Parents of Divisional Swimmers ——

We are attaching the meet program and parking information to this email.  Please note, the meet program has not been updated yet to reflect the swimmers that have replaced those who cannot attend.  Coach Nic has notified those who are replacing swimmers and if other changes become necessary he will let you know.  We have some swimmers who are battling illness, but we are still hopeful that they can join us.

Reminder that the banquet starts tomorrow night at 5pm sharp and that anyone wishing to help set up, should arrive at 4pm to help us get everything ready.  We will begin with dinner and awards and then head to the pool at 7pm for our final swim together this year. The weather looks good for the evening.

Divisional Meet

WHEN: Saturday, July 22 @ 8 am at Waters Landing

WHERE: 21000 Father Hurley Blvd. Germantown

PARKING: Parking for this meet will be a challenge.  We only had 6 parking passes and I have handed those out (Wendy I have one for your family).  All of the spaces next to the pool are accounted for.  After that there is a grassy area beyond the parking spots that can be used.  After that is filled you will need to park at one of the locations noted on the attached parking information and walk to the pool.  The drivers can drop their swimmers and families at the circle by the pool before going to find remote parking.  It is Germantown and I recommend not leaving anything valuable in your car and locking the doors.

ARRIVE: Plan to arrive between 6:45-6:50am and meet OUTSIDE the pool; make sure to check in with the coaches. We plan to enter the pool together at 6:55 am and head to our Team Area, which is area #2, at the shallow end of the pool with the big tree in the middle.

THEME: Piranha Pride!  Where any and all Piranha gear

CHAIRS AND TENTS: Our team area is not large but recommend you bring chairs for sitting and I will have a couple tents for us to use.

WARM-UP: Our warm-ups are 7:05-7:25 am

Concessions accept cash (and credit cards, but wifi doesn’t always work)
