Happy Saturday Everyone!

The Piranhas came out fighting today and earned the W against the North Creek Neptunes. I’m still awaiting the final results for all the races but I say with almost 100% certainty that nearly every swimmer walked away with at least one personal best time. Well done, Piranhas! Special shout outs go to Diana B and Josie G for swimming up in the next age group today and also for Luke J for racing a complete meet moments before swinging a bat at his baseball championship game. The coaches appreciate all of you.

Our first B meet of the season will be this Wednesday at Lake Marion. You can sign up now for this meet. The window to enter the meet will close at 5PM on Monday so don’t delay. Remember I use times from both A meets and B meets to make Saturday line ups. Which brings me to my weekly announcement: Please declare your availability for every Saturday meet.

On Wednesday, we begin our summer schedule.

8:00 – 9:00 AM 13 and overs

9:00 – 10:00 AM 11/12 and 9/10

10:00 – 10:45 AM 8 and unders and preteam. (no preteam on Fridays)

For swimmers who have camp obligations we do have an afternoon practice option with very limited space from 5-6PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Please be sure to let me know if you will be coming to an evening practice.
