Good afternoon,

Our first B-meet is today against Lake Marion. We are waiting on the program with the heats and lanes, and will send it out as soon as it’s received, but here are a few important details you need to know for today’s meet:

Who: The Piranha’s will face off with the Lake Marion Lasers

Where: At Lake Marion Pool, 8821 E. Village Ave, Montgomery Village, MD 20886

When: All swimmers should arrive no later than 5:00 PM for an 5:20 PM scheduled warm up. We will meet in the parking lot and walk in as a team. The meet will begin promptly at 6:00 PM

Theme: Hawaiian. Bring out those grass skirts and Hawaiian shirts.

Concessions: They will have concessions available. Payment options include cash, Venmo, and CashApp.

Parking: Park in the lower parking lot, closest to the community center. Please be respectful of reserved spots.

Team Area: Our team area will be located by the shallow end of the pool, from the baby pool to the large, red umbrella. There is plenty of room to set up tents.

Weather: We’re hopeful the weather will cooperate this afternoon! As a reminder the meet will continue as planned if it is raining, so prepare accordingly. We only cancel if thunder/lightning is present or heavy rain. If you don’t hear from us or Jenni, assume the meet is on.
