Divisonal and Banquet
Here are the details for the divisional meet and the banquet. Friday night, divisional swimmers' families, please leave your porch light on; coaches will be going around with posters and decorating your houses. Attached is the program.
Divisional Meet:
POOL LOCATION: The North Creek pool address is 20125 Arrowhead Rd., Montgomery Village, MD 20886
When: Arrive by 6:45, warm-ups at 7:05
PARKING: Reserved spots are in the back of the lot. Attendants will be available to assist. A parking map is attached.
- Parking along the curb inside the parking lot is allowed once all spaces are filled. See yellow lines on parking map attached.

TEAM AREA: We are in team area #3, see attached picture.
CONCESSIONS: We will have full concessions, including breakfast, lunch, drinks and snack items, under the pavilion. Please note we are CASH only.
SPECTATORS: Seating will be set up on the clubhouse side of the pool for spectators. There is limited/no shade in that section, and spectators are welcome to set up a tent there. Parents are more than welcome to set up chairs along the side of the pool in front of your team area as well. We ask that NO spectators or swimmers set up on the far side of the pool (from the slide to the diving board) in order that there is adequate space for clerk of course, coaches, officials, and timers to move freely.
Banquet:
WHAT: End-of-Year Banquet and Pool Party!!!! We'll have dinner, awards, and recognitions from 5 to 7 p.m. and then a pool party from 7 to 9 p.m. We will start the line for dinner at 5:15.
WHEN: Saturday, 7/19, 5-9 pm, Rain date Sunday, 7/20, 5-9 pm
WHERE: Plantations Pool - Dinner and Awards will be held outside the pool. Pool Party inside. We will be sitting in a grassy area, so please remember to bring bug spray.
WHO: Everyone on the pre-team, swim team, and their families!
HOW: To join the fun, just RSVP on the team website by Tonight Thursday 7/17, and please indicate how many people are attending from your family. The cost is $25 per family and we ask that you bring a salad, side dish, or dessert. (We are providing the main course - Costco Sub Sandwiches.) Please send payment via Venmo to @PLTSwim note that it is for the banquet or give me cash in an envelope with your name.
VOLUNTEER: We need volunteers to help us set up and clean up afterward. I am looking for 5 people to help set up at 4 p.m., but more hands make light work. As usual, simply sign up online. The set-up crew plans to arrive no later than 4 p.m. to start getting ready. I'll let you know if there is any change to this time.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. Lawns/camping chairs, Pop-Up tents. It will be hot in the sun and you will need the seat and shade!! We will put up the team tents, but that will not be enough for all, so if you have a tent and want to sit in comfort please bring it.
2. Salad, Side dish, or Dessert:
A-I families bring a side dish
J-R families bring a Dessert (please avoid nuts)
S-Z families bring a salad dish
PLEASE AVOID DISHES WITH NUTS DUE TO FOOD ALLERGIES ON THE TEAM.
3. Adults BYOB if you desire. NO adult beverages in the pool area.
4. Water: We will make all of the leftover water, soda, and Gatorade supplies available free of charge during the banquet. Please bring your own water bottle, just in case.
5. Swimsuits and towels for the pool party.
