Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all who served, are serving, or have family members who served our country!

Tomorrow marks the beginning of our summer swim season! You will receive weekly emails from Coach Andrew/Coach Claire, and me. I will keep them brief, so please read them.

Here is what you need to know for our first week:

Weather Policy

We practice rain or shine. Practices will only be canceled or delayed for thunder or lightning.

Practice Schedule (Starting Tomorrow, Tuesday, 5/26)

• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 13/14 and 15–18 age groups
• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 8&U and 9–10 girls
• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 9–10 boys and 11–12 age groups
• NO PRE-TEAM: Pre-team does not start until June 22.

Please ensure your swimmer is ready to enter the water at their practice start time.

Pool Entry Rules

Your swimmer has been added to the pool check-in system as a swim team member. You can drop them off at their scheduled practice time. Please follow these entry rules carefully:

• General Rule: All swimmers must enter and exit through the front desk using their pool tags.
• Special Rule for 4:00 PM Practice Only:
  • Tuesday (Tomorrow): Enter through the front desk.
  • Wednesday onward: If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you may use the side gate and check in directly with Coach Andrew and Coach Claire. The gate locks at 4:00 PM. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, you must go through the front desk.

Chipotle Fundraiser

Pick up dinner while your swimmers are in the water.

• Date: Wednesday, May 27
• Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Let’s eat some great food and support a great cause!
• When online in-store, please mention that you are there for the Piranha swim team fundraiser, or when ordering online, use the code JCEBHZC

Drink Donations

Please bring your family's drinks donations based on your last name:

• A–E: Diet Coke / Coke Zero (Two 12-packs or one 24-pack)
• F–J: Coke (Two 12-packs or one 24-pack)
• K–O: Sprite (Two 12-packs or one 24-pack)
• P–S: Gatorade (12 oz bottles 24 pack)
• T–Z: Water (12 oz bottles 24 pack)

Team Merchandise

See me at practice to purchase team gear:

• Car Magnets: $5
• Swim Caps (Previous years' style, brand new): $5 (Please note: New team caps were unfortunately not ordered in time for this season, so we are selling these remaining new caps).

New Parent Meetings & Resources

I will be at all practices tomorrow to hold a brief meeting for new parents and answer any questions you may have.
