Dear Parents,

With summer weather being unpredictable, we want to quickly remind everyone of our safety policies regarding pool closures and storms. Please review the guidelines below:

• Thunder & Lightning: The pool will close immediately for 30 minutes from the last time the lifeguards see lightning or hear thunder.
• Stay Close: If you drop your child off for practice, please stay nearby or be ready to return immediately. In the event of a storm, swimmers are not allowed to wait in the locker rooms or on the pool deck.
• Heavy Rain: If it is raining heavily and the lifeguards cannot see the bottom of the pool, the pool will be closed for safety.
• Cancellations: If a practice is officially canceled, the coaches will send out an email notification as soon as possible.

The safety of our swimmers is our top priority. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep everyone safe!
