Friday Frenzy, Weekend Meets, and Beaver Dam Info!

Hi Piranhas,
I hope everyone is having a good week! Tomorrow kicks off a full, action-packed weekend of fun events for our team.
Here is a breakdown of what you need to know for Friday Frenzy, our upcoming Meets, and our team trip to Beaver Dam on Monday.
Friday Frenzy Schedule
- 8:00 AM – Team Photo (Includes Pre-Team!): Please arrive right at 8:00 AM so we can line everyone up efficiently. Swimmers should wear a black swimsuit if possible.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Swim Team Practice (does not include Pre-Team).
- 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Water Polo (does not include Pre-Team).
- 10:00 AM – Team Breakfast: This includes all swimmers and Pre-Teamers! A huge thank you to everyone who signed up to bring food—we have 118 hungry swimmers to feed. Please drop off your food items at 9:30 AM.
Weekend Meets
We have a double-header weekend ahead of us:
- Saturday: Away A Meet at King Farm pool.
- Sunday: A-Relay Carnival at Clopper Mill Kingview.
Keep an eye out for a separate email tomorrow with specific arrival times, themes, and line-ups!
Monday Team Trip: Beaver Dam
Friendly reminder: We will not have practice on Monday, June 29th, as many of us will be heading up to Beaver Dam for a fun day of swimming!
Please read the information below carefully, as some of their rules and procedures have changed this year.
Admission & Waiver

Group Rate: Tell the front gate you are with the Piranhas Swim Team to get our special pricing:
- Ages 2–11: $14.00
- Ages 12 & up: $18.00
- Waiver Required: Everyone must fill out the waiver online prior to entering the quarry. You can complete yours ahead of time here:Beaver Dam Swimming Club Waiver.
Key Quarry Rules & Policies
- Quarry Age Restrictions: Must be 4 years or older to enter the swimming quarry.

Life Jackets & Swim Tests:
- Ages 4+ are required to wear life jackets in the quarry.
- Ages 13+ must pass a swim test at the facility in order to swim without a life jacket.
- Prohibited Items: No glass containers, alcohol, drugs, weapons, personal checks, drones, or unlicensed vehicles (scooters, kids' motorized vehicles, etc.). No smoking, vaping, or hookahs.
- Pets: No pets allowed (service animals only).
- Music: No loudspeakers or use of vehicle sound systems.
- Re-entry: No exit and re-entry without paying again.
- Safety: Directions from lifeguards and staff must be followed at all times. Vehicles and personal belongings are subject to search upon entry.
- There is a snack shack that serves burgers, pizza, etc., but many families bring their own food.
