9:00 - 11:30 am

Swimmers arrive by 8:10 AM. All swimmers must check in with Head Coach Rosie upon arrival to the pool.

In water warm-up at 8:20 AM.

Swimmers will sit in the team area and remain there for the entire meet. They must check in with the clerk of course before each event they are to swim and be ready for that event when called.

Spectators are asked to sit in areas other than the team areas and cheer loudly for every swimmer in the pool!

All Volunteers check in with Dee Santorelli by 8:15 AM.
