Start: 5:00 PM End: 9:00 PM End-of-Year Banquet and Pool Party When & Where Date: Saturday, July 18th Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Dinner line opens at 5:15 PM) Rain Date: Sunday, July 19th (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) Location: Plantations Pool Dinner & Awards: Held on the grass area between the pool and the playground. Pool Party: Inside the pool facilities! Who: All pre-team swimmers, swim team members, and their families! Timeline of Events 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Dinner, Awards, and Team Recognition (Dinner line starts at 5:15 PM) 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Pool Party! RSVP & Payment Details To help us get an accurate headcount for food and setup, please complete your RSVP and payment: RSVP: Sign up on the team website by Thursday, July 16th. Please indicate the total number of family members and any additional guests attending. Cost: $50 per family. How to Pay: Venmo: Send to @PLTSwim (please include a note stating it is for the banquet). Cash: Drop off cash in an envelope clearly marked with your family name directly to Katie. What to Bring Lawn/Camping Chairs & Pop-Up Tents: We will be sitting in the grassy area, and it will be hot in the sun! We will set up the team tents, but space is limited. If you want guaranteed shade and comfort, please bring your own pop-up tent. Bug Spray: Highly recommended for the grassy area during dinner and awards! Drinks & Water Bottles: We will be providing all leftover team water, soda, and Gatorade free of charge. Please bring your own refillable water bottles just in case. BYOB (Adults): Adults may bring their own beverages if desired, but please note that no adult beverages are allowed inside the pool area during the pool party. Swim Gear: Don't forget swimsuits and towels for the 7:00 PM pool party!
Sat Jul 18	Divisional Championship Meet 20000 Father Hurley Blvd Germantown, MD 20874 Start: 8:00 AM End: 11:30 AM (estimated) Where: Waters Landing pool: Located at 20000 Father Hurley Blvd, Germantown, MD (look for us on the right side just after crossing the Waters Landing Dr intersection). GPS Alert: Please use 21000 Father Hurley Blvd to ensure you arrive at the correct spot! Meet Timeline Arrival Time:6:45 AM (I know it is early, but we need everyone there!) Warm-ups:7:05 AM Team Area Our team area is in the grass by the fence when you walk down the hill from the parking lot. Theme: Piranha Pride Parking Information Parking will be tight, so please plan ahead and give yourself extra time. There are very few parking spaces at the pool itself. You may drop your swimmer at the pool before parking. A Waters Landing member will be shuttling in their vans. Please review the options and the attached maps below: Option 1 (Pool Area): Limited onsite parking is available for guests who do not have a parking pass. You can also look for street parking around Waters Landing Dr. (Please follow all posted signs; no parking in the median is allowed). Option 2 & 3 (Waters Landing Elementary School): Located at 13100 Waters Landing Dr. There are about 90 spots available here. (See Map 2 & 3 below for school parking and how it connects to the pool). Alternative Parking (Waters Landing Park): Located at 13701 Waters Landing Dr. Last Resort Parking (Giant Food Shopping Center): Located at 13060 Middlebrook Road. This is the furthest away, so please use this only as a backup.

Fri Jul 10	Celebrate Damascus Parade/Fireworks (Marching With the Team) Downtown Damascus Start: 5:45 PM End: 9:30 PM (estimated) The theme this year is Celebrating 250 years of Freedom. WHEN: Friday, July 10th. Arrive at the Damascus High School parking lot before 6pm to line up, The Parade starts at 7pm. WHAT TO WEAR: Piranha gear or team colors (and SNEAKERS!) Also feel free to dress up for the theme and wear your red, white, and blue. WHAT TO BRING: Optional to bring candy to toss along the way, although we will provide some for the team. Feel free to bring water to stay hydrated. DETAILS: The parade runs from Damascus High School to the VFW on Lewis Dr. AFTER-PARTY: After the parade, meet at the Piranhas tent (at parade end on Lewis Drive across from the American Legion) for firework viewing with the team! If you plan to join us for fireworks viewing, please RSVP on the calendar page on our website so we can plan for drinks and snacks. If you would like to donate drinks and snacks, please sign up and drop them at that morning's Friday Frenzy so we can be sure they are at the tent ready for our parade walkers! PS - it's easiest to drop off parade walkers and then park at the end of the parade since that is where we'll stay to watch fireworks, and then your car will be nearby.

Friday Frenzy Schedule* 8:30 - 9:30 - Piranhas Races with EVERYONE (including pre-team!) 9:30 - Pre-team eats breakfast (and then done for the day!) 9:30 - 10:30 - Water Polo for swim team (not pre-team) 10:00 - 8U eats breakfast 10:30 - All older kids eat breakfast!

Airy Lanes, 304 Center St, Mt Airy, MD 21771 Start: 4:00 PM End: 6:00 PM This event is for the kids only and the cost is $25 per child and includes pizza and unlimited soda. Children 10 and under will need an adult to stay with them to supervise. Please RSVP for your kids Here. Parents can still come to hang out (please do not RSVP for adults).

We are up against the Clopper Mill Marlins AT Clopper Mill. Pool Address: 13665 Ansel Terrace, Germantown, Md. 20874 Parking: As you may know from A-relays parking is very limited. I would suggest parking in the Northwest High School parking lot or find street parking. DO NOT park in any neighborhood reserved spots or you will be towed. Arrival: All swimmers should arrive no later than 7:45 PM as we have second warmup at 8:20 PM. The meet will start promptly at 9. Theme: 4th of July theme! Get crazy with your red, white, and blue spirit! Team area: As you enter the pool our team area is to the immediate right in a large grass area. Weather: It is looking to be another super HOT day. Please stay hydrated and bring lots of liquids to the meet. If you have a canopy, tent, or chairs please bring them for your swimmers!
